Alec helped us with our most recent experience, explaining all the different models and answering all of our questions! Anne is so personable and really knows everything there is to know about Quads. She is not pushy at all, but makes sure you end up with the best ATV for your individual needs! We are so excited with our purchase and cannot wait to hit the trails!

She answered all my questions and gave insightful recommendations on accessories that I was I interested in while not trying to up-sale me on things I didn't want or need. As for the actual purchasing process it was done via phone and online resources. When it was time for me to pick-up my new ride, I was in and out in about 30 minutes which included an overview of the vehicle from a service member.

Anne was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed on the shipping of my machine. I also saved $1000 buying from them instead of dealers in Denver. When it came time to order she was great and helped me find the exact ATV I was looking for. When I picked up the bike everything was ready, and I was given a full walk-through on all the features, and they even helped load it on my trailer. This is a great dealership, and you will not be disappointed doing business with them.

They added the extras that we needed really fast and made the entire process so easy. They were extremely knowledgeable and while I was there, I heard them speaking with new unexperienced riders and they were so spot on with the information that they gave. Derek Wessels After calling several Polaris dealerships around Denver I discovered they had very little interest in taking me seriously over the phone. I knew what I wanted and just needed someone to get it for me…. I called Pikes Peak and they immediately went to work sourcing a 2022 Polaris Sportsman Touring. They installed all the accessories and called me when it was ready for pickup. We’ll be doing all of our business with Pikes Peak moving forward and I suggest you do the same.

Lots of accessories, definitely going back for those. Overall, you couldn’t ask for better help or service! Happy to have them in our ‘backyard’ so to speak!

Kory Kozar I am surrounded by off-road vehicle dealerships in the Denver area with large lots and plentiful staff, yet I drive almost 2 hours one-way to Pikes Peak Polaris because of Jeff and Anne. They are friendly, knowledgeable and make every request a reality and every problem a distant memory. When I call, Jeff or Anne answer, when I text or email, Anne answers. It's incredible how ever-present their sense of ownership and level of customer service is. You just can't buy that kind of relationship-building dedication these days. I've purchased three vehicles from them and every one of the transactions was smooth and easy. The first purchase could have been a mess given the ECM failed while loading the unit in the trailer. Problem? Not the slightest. Gave it a couple weeks and when the Polaris factory didn't have a replacement ECM, I grabbed a different unit from Jeff and Anne. Paperwork mess? Yep! Problem? Not for Anne! She's amazing. I've bolted on lights and kits to my units and Jeff has been patient and helpful in walking me through every single one. Heck I even bought a light bar and connector from them for my skid steer! That's how easy to work with they are. Always and pleasure, always a treat, Pikes Peak Polaris can't be beat! Thanks Jeff and Anne!

Andy Farish I read a few bad reviews about this place and figured that the people posting must just be “snowflakes”. This business treated me exceptionally well from the first visit to my final purchase of a new Ranger. I love that they are a family run business (father and daughter team). I shopped other locations much closer to my home but didn’t get close to the personal attention that these folks delivered. It took me a year of looking and visiting different dealers but knew this was going to be the place I purchased from upon my initial visit. Thanks for a great buying experience Jeff and Anne!!

Hands down the Best parts buying experience I've had. I called and ordered a part on a Saturday, it came in on Wednesday by 12:30! Everybody else online was 9-10 days. Great people, will definitely use them again. Very cool selection of new Polaris vehicles as well.
